The clubHouse

The clubhouse is a social club made by the House of Ensemble created to provide a space for socializing and networking among members with interests for music, arts and artistry in the heart of the City of Ottawa.  

The space also contains a recording studio that offers the possibility for a music artist to record music or for a producer to work on musical projects.

 Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

  • You can join the membership by completing and submitting your application through the membership website. The membership committee makes the final decision on who shall become a member of The clubHouse.

    Upon approval or your membership, your membership fees become payable immediately. Failure to pay the membership fees and deposit within 10 days of the due date will result in the member not being admitted to The clubHouse.

  • Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 19 years of age or older.

  • It is important for the House of Ensemble to have your latest details in our database. If your contact or payment changes, please inform us through the contact us form.

Payment

  • The payment methods available are Interac E-Transfer and Stripe.

  • Yes, your membership will get renewed automatically every month, unless you decide to resign from your membership.

Membership Pack

  • Members with producer pack are allowed to use the recording studio without any additional assistant. Members are required to book a time slot with us here.

    Members with regular pack are allowed to use the recording studio only with the assistant of a producer with producer pack. Members are required to book a time slot with us @ management@thehouseofensemble.com. Members are encouraged to inform us with more details of their project and most available times.

  • Members with producer pack have 24/7 access to The clubHouse and can bring up to 20 guests during their time (only 2 guests during club event hours).

    Members with regular pack have access to The clubHouse only during club event hours and can bring up to 2 guests.

    *Note: Club event hours refers to the times when there is an event taking place at the clubhouse.

  • You can stay informed about our upcoming events by following us on Instagram and subscribing to our email newsletter. We share updates and announcements through these channels to keep you in the loop.

  • To sign up for The clubHouse events, please log in to your membership account, where you can access the private link for the events. Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to the event website for registration. Kindly input your details and those of your guest to complete the sign-up process and secure your spot for the upcoming events.
