Ensemble non profit presents
FRMULA, a development program
The FRMULA is the Ensemble Non-Profit’s flagship program. It is a 6-months semester founded by recording artist City Fidelia.
The FRMULA will provide emerging Ottawa talent with the resources, tools and networks needed to develop their professional careers such as branding, building a team, marketing, media, PR and more.
Individuals will be put in teams with specific development goals in mind. Every month a new task/challenge will be given to every team as they gain new perspectives, improve communication and develop long lasting relationships between their peers

just turned 20 years young, and he is an Eritrean creative born and raised in Saudi Arabia. He moved to Boston at age 12 before coming to Canada in 2016. At the age of 15 he was incarcerated. This inspired him to turn to arts as a means of creative expression. He credits his cousin Ethio Kid and NBS studio for mentoring him and pushing him to stay creative, helping to steer him away from the streets. He has transformed into a multidisciplinary artist – songwriter, dancer and aspiring actor – using vivid storytelling to narrate his complex life experiences navigating poverty, resilience, community building, and loss of close friends.
