PART-TIME PROGRAM FACILITATOR

House of Ensemble is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the entertainment industry and supporting various non-profit programs. For our upcoming program ‘The Neighbourhood’ in our non profit, we're looking for a creative and enthusiastic part-time employee to join the team and lead the way.
This program will be dedicated to foster creativity, teamwork, and personal growth in children through innovative and engaging workshops
Responsibilities
Facilitate the “The Neighbourhood” program
Guide participants through activities related to team building, mission statement creation, theme brainstorming, label design, and art trading.
Ensure a positive and inclusive workshop environment.
Provide encouragement and support to help children unleash their creativity.
Assist children with their homework during designated homework help sessions.
Oversee the development of participating children, providing mentorship and encouragement.
Manage the talent showcase and artist signing activities.
Qualifications
Current student pursuing a degree in education, art, or a related field
Passion for working with children and fostering their creativity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage and engage a group of children in a workshop setting
Availability for 8 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and 4 hour one Friday per month.
Knowing graphic design or the music industry is a plus
