PART-TIME PROGRAM FACILITATOR

House of Ensemble is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the entertainment industry and supporting various non-profit programs. For our upcoming program ‘The Neighbourhood’ in our non profit, we're looking for a creative and enthusiastic part-time employee to join the team and lead the way.

This program will be dedicated to foster creativity, teamwork, and personal growth in children through innovative and engaging workshops

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the “The Neighbourhood” program

• Guide participants through activities related to team building, mission statement creation, theme brainstorming, label design, and art trading.

• Ensure a positive and inclusive workshop environment.

• Provide encouragement and support to help children unleash their creativity.

• Assist children with their homework during designated homework help sessions.

• Oversee the development of participating children, providing mentorship and encouragement.

• Manage the talent showcase and artist signing activities.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in education, art, or a related field

• Passion for working with children and fostering their creativity

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage and engage a group of children in a workshop setting

• Availability for 8 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and 4 hour one Friday per month.

• Knowing graphic design or the music industry is a plus
